Program Supervisor - After School Program

We are an upbeat after school program for school aged kids. Our facility is a Martial Arts program that encourages good energy and positive reinforcement. Our program is designed to teach life skills and life lessons. We are a dynamic environment, looking for someone with the same vibe to work with us and our awesome energetic kids as our after school Program Supervisor. Along with planning activities and crafts for the day, we are looking for someone reliable to transport children from school and ensure a safe environment for all.

Requirements & Core Characteristics:

Full License preferably Class 4 (we are willing to upgrade this)
Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
Knowledge of safety regulations
Vulnerable person & criminal background checks
Strong leadership
Creativity
Outstanding communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to captivate an audience and control a class
First Aid
Speaks fluent English
Experience working with children
Duties & Responsibilities:

Daily planning of activities
Cleaning and organizing the facility each day
Pick up from schools
Running full days on Pro D days
