Innovative Counseling Partners is a private practice offering mental health counseling and therapy to the communities we serve. Our company understands the importance of prioritizing your mental health just as much as your physical health. We work with a wide variety of behavioral and emotional issues and offer many different forms of therapy to adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. We are currently hiring:

Licensed clinical therapists who have experience and expertise working with adults, families, couples, children AND adolescents. We prefer you to be bilingual as we really honor bilingualism.

Therapists are considered employees, and independent contractors. The compensation varies between $55- $75.00 per clinical hour depending on your licensure, billing entity and type of session/CPT code provided.

Employee Benefits:

• Employee status (W-2) or 1099 contract position
• 401K with a practice contribution of 3% of therapists earned income (begins after 6 months of employment)
• The ability to be off 8 weeks a year (unpaid)
• Continuing Education for up to 12 CEU's per year
• Consistent stream of referrals
• Flexible work schedules (a minimum of 12 hours a week)
• Individual and group consultation and supervision
• Opportunity to earn additional income through supervision and blog writing if interested
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current State of Illinois license as an LCPC or LCSW with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations
• Minimum of 1-3 years working in the behavioral health field
• Passionate about helping others
• Ability to work a minimum of (12) clinical session hours per week with the option to expand to full-time status if interested
• Work hours include at least 2 evenings per week or 1 evening per week and hours on Saturday or Sunday with at least (8) sessions at prime time: (5 pm - 9 pm weeknights) or weekends.
• Registered with CAQH and has an NPI number
• Ideal Candidates Have Formal Clinical Training and Experience in one of the following:
• Play Therapy and/or Art Therapy
• Dialectical and Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
• EMDR
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Private Practice clinical
• Experience in Community Mental Health or Behavioral Health Hospital
