Therapist / Office Manager

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a capable and motivated Therapist / Office Manager to take on a dual role combining clinical care and operational oversight. This position is ideal for someone who can balance working directly with clients while also ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage both therapeutic responsibilities and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support and therapy services to clients as needed.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth administrative workflow.
  • Manage scheduling, coordination, and communication within the office.
  • Support organizational needs by maintaining structure, organization, and efficiency.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and highly dependable.

Requirements:

  • Experience in clinical/therapeutic work required.
