As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Assessing clients’ mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Engaging in therapeutic interventions targeting various issues, such as alcohol abuse, grief, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and utilizing a holistic approach to improve patient outcomes.
• Documenting client progress and adapting therapeutic techniques as necessary for ongoing effectiveness.
• Participating in professional development opportunities to maintain licensure and improve therapy practices.

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.
