Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL.

Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a school-based, team-driven program that supports every student's growth.

About the Role

As an RBT at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

  • Providing individualized therapy
  • Collecting data on programming
  • Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collaborating daily with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and social workers
  • Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
