Adapting behavior intervention plans to meet the unique needs of each client can require strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity. Additionally, navigating urban environments—such as traveling between client homes or schools—may present logistical challenges. What is an RBT in Chicago?

Their responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and helping clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills. RBTs must complete specific training and pass a national certification exam to practice, and they play a crucial role in supporting positive behavioral outcomes for their clients.
