BCBA – Hourly | In-Home ABA Services

Location: Northern New Jersey (Essex, Union, and Hudson Counties)

Empower U is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Northern New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality in-home ABA services to children and families while being part of an organization with strong growth potential.

We currently have a full caseload available throughout Essex, Union, and Hudson Counties, with 20–25 hours per week available. The hourly rate for this position is $70–$80 per hour, based on experience. We are looking for a motivated BCBA who values collaboration, clinical excellence, and building strong relationships with families and staff.
