Job DescriptionCompany Description
Responsible for creating, managing, and releasing orders to the warehouse floor as well as performing day-to-day warehouse management system (WMS) administrative duties.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support key functions including Warehouse, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and the customer
- Responsible for ensuring all orders have been released to warehouse floor, properly allocated, and prioritized for processing
- Monitor order fulfillment progress and report status to internal and external customers as needed
- Research and troubleshoot order allocation issues
- Responsible for warehouse management system administrative duties such as setting up new customers, adding customer part numbers / SKUs, and ensuring inventory allocation setup based on customer requirements regarding serialization vs non-serialization
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP/MRP system
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
