Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Rep to Immediately join our team in Commerce, CA
Responsibilities:
- Communicate Inventory Availability to customers
- Order Entry
- Coordinate with Logistics Team to release shipments
- Coordinate with Imports Team for leadtime inquiries
- Generate RMA paperwork
- Process Returns
- File Insurance Claims as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
