Counselor at Shamrock Recovery Services

Shamrock Recovery Services in Prescott, AZ is looking for a counselor to join our team. We are located on 1000 Ainsworth Drive Suite B215. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive and nurturing emotional environment
• Interview clients and analyze areas of concern
• Develop and administer strategic treatment plans to ensure client well being
• Scheduling and maintaining sessions with assigned clients
• Note completion within 24 hours of session
• Administer measurement tools as necessary
• Ability to discern client needs and utilize appropriate modalities for treatment
• Collaboration with other members of the team as for a holistic approach
• Group therapy, as necessary
• Provide emotional assistance to patients aiding them through tough times

Qualifications

• Experience working as a counselor
• Ability to remain patient and positive with clients
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant certification or licenses as required by state laws, Master level education or valid Associate or Independent Licensure.
