What You Will Do:

• Oversee dental service activities and personnel in our office.
• Plan and coordinate dental health services with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
• Work collaboratively with dentists and other professionals to implement appropriate programs.
• Maintain a pristine environment to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Establish and enforce office policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred, not required:

• Experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or dental setting.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical, administrative procedures, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to navigate insurance claims and patient management.
• Ability to provide patient education on oral hygiene, diet, and other aspects of dental health.
