Job Description

Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company in Oklahoma City that is looking to add a Sales Assistant to their team. Pay is between $35,000-45,000.

What you will do

Assist the sales team in providing exceptional customer service to prospective homebuyers by promptly responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and conducting follow-ups to ensure a seamless buying experience.
Collaborate with the marketing department to organize and execute successful sales events, including open houses and model home tours, to attract potential buyers and showcase available properties.
Support the sales process by preparing and distributing sales materials, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with contract documentation to facilitate efficient transactions and client satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competitors, to provide informed assistance to customers and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
