We are looking for a talented sales consultant who can help fuel revenue growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience. As a sales professional we want you to have the ability to build rapport with customers and helping them grow their bottom line through increased manufacturing efficiencies and improved communication.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT: Candidates successful in this selling role could be eligible to help create a full-time sales manager role.

COMPENSATION: 100% commission-based compensation, based on contracts signed and executed by clients.

JOB TYPE: Contract

LEAD GENERATION: firm has limited leads to start. This position is expected to generate leads and develop shared database.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in manufacturing: sales, engineering, finance or management

A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations

Strong written, verbal and communication skills

Self-motivation and results oriented with the ability to work independently

Travel is generally limited to no more than 2 hours driving distance from the Cleveland area. Can travel by car to locations including the following:

Requirements:

• Active driver's license
• Have own reliable transportation, cell phone and laptop
• Willing to sign non-disclosure agreements and protect client and firm information
• Willing to work 100 percent commission
• Able to wear personal protective equipment at client sites when required

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday primarily on day shift, occasional evenings as needed

Relocation: No relocation assistance provided.  Local candidates preferred.

Work Location: 100% remote / on the road. Periodic face-to-face updates with principals.
