Industry Program Director, Oncology

About the Role:

We are looking for an Industry Program Director to join our fast-growing team. You will work directly with both our Education and Sales teams to help develop strategic objectives for client programs as well as identifying key topics to fulfill these educational goals. You are responsible for helping to develop strategies and serve as the clinical expert during client calls in the oncology therapeutic area.

What you'll do:

• Develop clinical objectives for external customers with the overall goal of making VuMedi the top educational resource in oncology. We are looking for candidates who come to us with an overall framework and broad understanding in oncology.
• Partner with our sales team and ensure on-time program delivery.
• Coordinate with our education team to make sure we have the video content to contextualize these trends and help identify and recruit KOLs to provide timely information.
• Education of our sales team on oncology products to help them engage external customers
• Develop relationships with KOLs, meeting organizers, hospitals, and societies to build a network of content contributors.
• Identify and test approaches to make VuMedi methodologies more efficient and productive.

About you:

• You have been an MSL, TLL, regional marketing manager, sales trainer, clinical nurse educator, clinical education specialist, oncology pharmacist, or are in the oncology medical education space.
• You're accustomed to talking to KOLs, including in person
• You enjoy interfacing directly with the commercial team with close collaboration
• You know the KOL landscape. You can rattle off the speakers' bureau in your specialty.
• You're passionate about making contributions and taking on new challenges to grow the company
• You are a constant learner and embrace learning new clinical knowledge and market trends
• You are highly organized to manage multiple projects seamlessly
• You have exceptional verbal communication skills
• You're capable and fulfilled by working in an autonomous environment with high personal responsibility
