Manufacturing Production Team Lead
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Manufacturing Production Team Lead for a company based in Tampa, FL In this role, you will primarily be responsible for leading and directing packaging operators on daily tasks. Operate production equipment according to GMP’s, SOP’s, and safety requirements.

Pay Rate
$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Manufacturing Production Lead Duties and Responsibilities

Assists Supervisor in reporting, assigning team members to rooms and answering questions/calls.
Drive the overall performance of the production area to meet production schedule expectations.
Delivers systematic explanations of the manufacturing, cleaning, and setup processes.
Be a role model and have leadership abilities to motivate, develop and encourage packaging Team members.
Lead and participate in all line changeover activities including equipment changes.
Ensure employees adhere to company policies.

Manufacturing Production Qualifications and Requirements

3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience organizing work groups, coaching employees, and enforcing rules.
Good verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills.
Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills
