Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of data entries and correct any errors or discrepancies as needed.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in a systematic and orderly manner.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry and management.
- Adhere to confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive information.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
