Banquet Server
Hire Quest Direct invites you to work as a Banquet Server and join our dedicated and hardworking team for positions in the downtown area! This is a fun and challenging position that requires a great deal of organization, a pleasant demeanor and the ability to think on your feet. A successful candidate will have prior experience working in the restaurant/hospitality industry, strong communication skills and be capable of working with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Clear table settings and present courses to customers.
- Confer with restaurant staff to obtain information and decide on the appropriate course of action.
- Resolve customer concerns.
- Speak to guests in a courteous manner.
- Host banquets in accordance with established standards.
- Maintain stock of supplies and equipment on the floor, back of house and on buffet lines.
- Assist with set up and tear down of event.
- Communicate any customers and escalate to kitchen based on need
Job Types: Temporary, Part-time, Full-time
Salary: $16.00
