Job Description

Salary:

The role of the Warehouse Supervisor encompasses the management of day-to-day warehouse operations, guaranteeing the prompt and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods. They are tasked with leading a team of warehouse personnel, offering direction, training, and assistance to maintain high performance standards and uphold safety regulations. Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor will liaise with various departments to synchronize inventory control efforts and uphold precise record-keeping practices.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversee and orchestrate warehouse operations, encompassing the reception, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Uphold adherence to safety standards and corporate policies to foster a secure workplace environment.
Foster the growth and proficiency of warehouse personnel through comprehensive training and mentorship, setting clear performance standards.
Track inventory levels meticulously, collaborating closely with procurement and production teams to ensure uninterrupted stock availability.
Establish and refine streamlined warehouse procedures to optimize space utilization and minimize discrepancies.
Conduct routine inspections to promptly address operational challenges and rectify equipment malfunctions.
Maintain meticulous records of inventory, shipments, and other pertinent warehouse activities to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements: At least a high school diploma or its equivalent. A bachelor's degree in a related field such as electrical engineering, materials science, or semiconductor manufacturing is desirable.
Work Experience: Demonstrated track record in a Warehouse Supervisor capacity or comparable position. Thorough understanding of warehouse functions, inventory control, and logistics. Outstanding leadership abilities and interpersonal competencies to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively. Proficiency in utilizing warehouse management systems and other pertinent software tools.
