Technical Sales Support Job Description:

PrideStaff is recruiting for a global manufacturing firm who is in need of a Technical Sales Support who will provide technical sales support to Regional Sales Manager, Sales Representatives and customers. The Technical Sales Support will take full responsibility for actively managing projects through North America providing Machinery and equipment solutions so as to deliver turnkey manufacturing cells to customers. 

The Technical Sales Support is a full time, direct hire position in Elgin, IL with some travel expected as needed. 

Technical Sales Support Responsibilities:

• Travel With & Make Customer Calls & Presentations With Managers & Sales Teams

• Study & Evaluate Customer Requests & Recommend Specific Equipment & Solutions

• Provide Live Customer Demonstrations Featuring Machinery & Maintain Assigned Demonstration Facilities 

• Coordinate Post-Sales Activities With Technical Service & Spare Parts Staff to Ensure Ultimate Customer Satisfaction

• Provide Customer Training & Technical Consultancy Services

Technical Sales Support Job Requirements:

• AA or Equivalent in Technical or Engineering Required

• 2-5 Years of technical Experience With Polymer Processing Applications 

• Solid Knowledge of Machine & Robotics Product Lines

• Outstanding Presentation Skills With High Energy

• Superior Technical Proficiency & Organizational Skills
