Position Summary:

The ideal Direct Care Professional will use their training, experience, and solution-oriented mindset to create exceptional experiences for clients seeking happier, healthier, and more connected lives. Your responsibilities will include:

    •    Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal care, routines, and household chores.
    •    Providing reminders and support with daily tasks.
    •    Communicating changes and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
    •    Reporting to the Client Care Coordinator.

    •    Starting pay at $20.00 per hour

    •    Full Time, Part Time, Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends.
    •    Guaranteed hours for qualifying employees after 90 days.

Location and Commute:

    •    Serve clients in the greater Phoenix area.
    •    Travel between clients and mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications:

    •    Enjoy working one-on-one with clients and continuously learning new skills.
    •    Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and perform job-related duties.
    •    Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance.
    •    Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
    •    Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
    •    High School Diploma or equivalent.
    •    Commitment to providing high-quality care.
