Entry Level Weekend Customer Support Specialist

In this role you will be:

• Providing EPIC experiences by communicating with our internal team members and carriers, keeping them informed of delivery and pick up appointments, any changes, delays or items that involve their shipments
• Accurately updating internal computer systems to reflect status of delivery/pick up
• Escalate any issues to Manager
• Joining a team with persistence, initiative, integrity, own it, GROW or DIE and PASSION !

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Excellent Time Management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop effective relationships
• Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Being able to remain calm and collective in stressful situation
