We are currently hiring an Electrical Assembler I to add to our team in Colorado. We offer an awesome benefits package, clean environment, and opportunities for advancement!
Hours: 7am-5:30pm M-TH.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Builds the electrical portion of all chamber models utilizing basic skills and the basic understanding of the process flow.
- Works under direct supervision.
- Follows company engineering documents, wiring diagrams, schematics, and written work instructions with minimal assistance.
- Builds sub-assemblies such as, e-stop panel assemblies, cable assemblies, sub-panel assemblies, and junction box assemblies.
- Panel preparation including wire preparation, din rail cuts, panel labeling, mounting of fuses, relays, controls, circuit breakers.
- Installs all parts and sub-assemblies for the electrical assembly of the chamber ensuring that all details are accomplished properly.
- Performs all wire routing, electrical connections of pneumatics assemblies, power panel assemblies, e-stop panel assemblies, sub-panel assemblies, and junction box assemblies.
- Pulls parts from warehouse to fulfill work orders.
- Initiates CPR’s when non-conformances occur during assembly.
- Uses hand tools such as wire preparation tools, wire crimpers, drills, wrenches, saws, grinders, screwdrivers and knives.
- Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
- Regular, physical attendance is required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
