Customer Service Representative

Seeking a CSR | Billing Specialist to join a construction team in the Baltimore, MD area. This candidate will be the key link between the customers and subcontractors!

Responsibilities:

• Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless flow of information, address customer inquiries, and coordinate with subcontractors to meet and exceed service expectations
• You will assist with billing and entering account receivables into the system
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
• Collaborate closely with subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and resolve service-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status and coordinate with subcontractors to meet deadlines
• Proactively identify and address potential challenges in the communication and service delivery process

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and subcontractors
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using customer service software and systems
