What we mandate is that you follow our system of selling and managing because we

know that it works. No insurance experience is necessary. Our successful managers and salespeople have come

from all backgrounds: real estate, mortgage brokers, banking, home improvement, car sales and engineering,

even plumbing! It is up to the individual to work smart and follow our lead. This is a 100% commission based

sales position just as when you own your own business. We ask that only motivated candidates
