Job Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Food Service Marketing Manager will lead all marketing initiatives relating to Rana Meal Solutions food service business. This experienced individual will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. Critical to this role is creativity, innovation, project management, being a self-starter, and having a deep knowledge of the food service industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic ongoing marketing initiatives and programs to target food service industry by leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Work directly with Internal departments to bring products from inception to full commercialization / distribution.
- Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and events, including positioning and key messaging to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Source, analyze, and report monthly KPIs and other relevant analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives, for team meetings and strategic reviews.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the current product offerings, tools, and industry trends to ensure the marketing strategy remains relevant and competitive.
- Maintain open and responsive communication with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation related to marketing operations and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Analyze customer insights consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with R&D to create samples for customers and prospects.
- Manage pricing setup and price list with Finance.
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand representation at tradeshows through engaging booth design, marketing collateral, and promotional activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related field is required; MBA Preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in Marketing Management specific to food service
- Demonstrated ability identifying and seizing new market opportunities.
- Strong project management skills, written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a (very) fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize, and collaborate closely with multiple business units
