Hiring: Site Director of Operations
Location: Lincoln, AL
Salary: $95,000 - $120,000
The Site Director of Operations role entails efficiently operating the account in line with the MSA, emphasizing exceptional customer experiences while meeting KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing performance, budgets, client relationships, and personnel development. Operations oversight involves ensuring safety, managing contractors, optimizing workflow, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, leading projects, recruiting teams, and driving quality improvement initiatives are key tasks.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, though not required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Engineering and/or Facilities Management.
- Desired certifications include Certified Facility Manager or other relevant certifications for specific assignments.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Capable of delivering efficient, timely, and courteous service to customers.
- Skilled in presenting information effectively and handling sensitive issues.
- Demonstrates engagement with employees for troubleshooting and devising solutions.
- Possesses knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Demonstrates strong budget management skills while pursuing opportunities for profitable growth.
