Job description

PENDING CONTRACT AWARD

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: FRCASE NAS JRB New Orleans, LA

Task Description:

SITE SUPERVISOR BLS 49-1011, SCA N/A (Senior)

Function for Site Supervisor: Plan, oversee, and organize the maintenance work tasks andresources of designated contractor personnel. Additionally, carry out all on-site managerial responsibilities related to the assigned employees, including, but not limited to: conducting investigations and generating reports in response to any quality defect notices issued against contractor employees, hold production meetings, validating time sheets, and providing orientation and initial training for new hires. Collaborates with the Government Site Lead on all maintenance and local site issues.

Required experience: Five (5) years of experience in related field; At least Four (4) years' experience in a leadership role.

Required education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

The Site Supervisors are required to notify the Government Site Lead via email when they will be absent from their site of responsibility, unless there are unforeseen circumstances.

Compensation

$94,000.00/year

Other Compensation

Employees will receive a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.00 for every hour paid up to 40 hours per week.

Employees are offered medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in KAI's 401k plan. Employees accrue vacation time in accordance with the Department of Labor's Area Wage Determination.

Employment is contingent on (a) your ability to provide appropriate proof of your identity and eligibility to work in the United States; (b) your references and any background check being satisfactory to the Company; (c) you successfully passing a pre-employment drug test; and (d) your ability to get a required clearance by your effective start date, if needed; and (e) KAI commencing performance on this contract.
