BasTech is a high tech manufacturing company utilizing Additive Manufacturing as well as Traditional Manufacturing techniques in both tool & die and production parts. BasTech serves various industries with a strong focus on aerospace and defense. Products range from prototypes to production parts and fixtures to injection molds for both plastic and wax.

Inside Sales & Customer Service Professional

Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00

Salary is commensurate with experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following: (Other duties may be assigned or changed to meet business needs)

·         Continually seek opportunities to increase customer business/revenue through relationship building and customer satisfaction.

·         Respond to customer RFQs in a timely manner by preparing and providing accurate quotes to customers.

·         Confirm and input orders. Includes interacting with client and vendors as needed to finalize the order.

·         Transition and support major account opportunities to outside sales and management team.

·         Build and support knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives.

·         Set and manage client expectations and help to manage day-to-day client interaction.

·         Work with operations and administrative team to effectively communicate with clients to identify needs and evaluate technical solutions.

·         Gather all client project information as required:  schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks and project meetings.

·         Maintain customer document control, database management, track project activities and team communication.

·         Process customer schedules and reports to ensure all appropriate customer needs and expectations are met.

·         Support operations team in client meetings and follow up as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

·         College degree preferred.

·         Experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment preferred.

·         At least 2 to 3 years of sales support engineering and/or customer service experience.

·         Prior demonstrated high level organizational skills.

·         Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
