Position: Dance Studio Manager
Salary: Starting at $4,500 per month

Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of teachers so they can provide the highest level of dance education to students possible
Develop and adhere to budgets, reporting earnings and spending clearly
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with parents and address their concerns
Ability to find substitutes or personally substitute dance classes when needed
Assist in planning activities to ensure students receive a well-rounded dance education
Recruit and hire quality teachers while also handling any necessary terminations
Help manage and update the studio's website and create engaging advertisements
Maintain an active presence on social media platforms to promote the studio and its activities
Oversee the needs of the competition team and assist the Company Director
Manage the front desk team and oversee studio cleanliness
Direct the production of the annual Nutcracker, end of year Storyline Recital, and spring Showcase performance
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the physical studio spaces, lobby, and costumes

Requirements:

Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a team
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Strong organizational skills to manage various aspects of the studio's operations
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with parents, students, and staff
Experience in dance education and a deep understanding of various dance styles and techniques
Proficiency in managing digital platforms such as websites and social media
Creativity and attention to detail in the production of recitals and performances
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
Experience putting on productions and working with theaters
