Healthcare Specialty: Orthotics & Prosthetics | Salary: $15 an hour

Team1Medical is teaming up with an accredited Orthotics & Prosthetics specialty clinic in seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their San Antonio team. As the Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting the patients as they check in/out, answering phone calls and direct messages to appropriate personnel, and verifying insurance information. Medical Receptionist’s Responsibilities

Greet patients upon arrival and answer phone lines.
Enter data into the organization’s database system and ensure accurate information is valid.
Assist patients and ensure they receive excellent customer service.
Submit information to the insurance department for verification.

Medical Receptionist’s Qualifications

A High School Diploma or GED is required.
One (1) year of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a physician's office and clinic is required.
Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), time management, and organizational skills are a strong plus.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
