Job Description:

Medical Receptionist/Administrative AssistantFull-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. | In Office

We are seeking an organized, dependable, and welcoming Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support our office and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, applicants, and team members. The ideal candidate has administrative experience in a medical office; home health experience is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office

  • Direct visitors, callers, and team members to the appropriate person or department

  • Answer, route, and manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls

  • Accurately relay messages, announcements, and other important information

  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to callers and visitors

  • Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional reception area

  • Assist scheduled candidates with applications and arrival procedures

  • Order, maintain, and distribute office supplies

  • Support administrative staff with mailings, faxing, scanning, filing, and data entry

  • Assist with additional administrative responsibilities as needed

What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or GED required

  • At least two years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar office-support role

  • Experience working in a medical office preferred; home health experience is a plus

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database systems, and standard office equipment

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal, written, and customer-service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and departments

  • Availability to work consistently on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently and lift 50-100 pounds
