Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Customer Support Automotive  Yark Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram The Customer Support functions in support of the Sales Department. They will enthusiastically and courteously greet customers on the sales & service lot, determine their needs, obtain sales assistance for them, answer any customer questions, and help to uphold the standard for outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Suitable applicants must exhibit enthusiasm to succeed accompanied by an outgoing and upbeat personality. Qualified candidates will also exhibit excellent communication skills and have basic computer skills. Basic knowledge of the Automotive Industry is a plus, but is not required. The required schedule for this part time position is comprised of afternoon shifts Monday - Friday and varying Saturday shifts. Saturday availability is a must. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Log customer information Communicate with Sales staff about the needs of Customers on the lot Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather Identify customers and obtain assistance for them in a timely manner Performs other duties as assigned Assists Managers Helps with and goes on Dealer Trades
