Overview of the role:

This role works together with our network of funded agencies to collect and analyze data related to grants and submit reporting to our funders and regulating agencies. The highly organized person in this role will be responsible for carrying out program initiatives related to our Aging and Disability Resource Network (ADRN) and funded Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP) agencies/sites.

What are the Specifics:

  • Responsible for the coordination and submission of data collected from sub grantees and other sources. Analyze information, compile reports to be submitted to funder(s) and state agencies. Look for and suggest reporting improvements.
  • Develop content and conduct educational presentations and trainings when required. Create reference material and job aides on program related topics, such as SHIP/SHAP/MIPPA
  • Train partners and sub grantees on responsibilities, systems and program requirements.
  • Work directly with clients on benefits counselling and case management as needed.
  • Other projects related to the grant and team.



Who are we looking for:

  • A highly organized social services professional who likes to look at reports and find ways to execute on our goals
  • Someone who gravitates toward technology and has a desire and ability to master and navigate different systems and platforms. Examples like--Microsoft Suite, Database platforms, Canva, Adobe, Publisher and Zoom
  • A flexible service driven individual who can easily move from running a report to training a group of colleagues to servicing a client in need
  • Someone who can learn complex information and translate it into easily understandable language
  • Prior SHIP training or willingness and commitment to obtain once in the role

Benefits:

The starting salary range for this role is $40,000-$45,000 annually; based upon an individuals experience, education and licensing.

In addition to your annual salary AgeOptions makes a 5% contribution to your 403(b) whether your contribute or not!!

This is a full time role and includes ability to participate in our medical, dental and vision plans

We work in a hybrid environment and this role will have responsibilities in the office and in the field as well as the ability to work remotely regularly.
