Job Description

This person would be working directly with our customers and putting orders in the system. They would make sure all need are met and all details are correct in the orders. They would learn all of our industry specific software. When there is down time and not putting orders in the system they would act as an executive assistant and complete any extra office tasks. You must be mature and able to handle sensitive information. They would also be helping with the interviewing process at times when needed.

Title: Customer Service Associate

Must have a positive and driven attitude!

RequirementsThis person must be positive and upbeat; you will be the first line of communication with our customers in some situations, and you'll be handling issues they have in other situations. Must have high energy to keep up with all phone calls and scheduling

  • Able to multi-task as you handle different projects, customer meetings, and office duties.
  • Able to manage and maintain within a constant moving work environment.
  • Must have a positive and upbeat attitude, with the ability to connect with customers on their level. Continually providing excellent service, and unmatched dedication to any situations that may arise.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registrations: Valid Colorado Driver’s License
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service
  • Skills & Abilities: Excellent organization and customer service skills
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities and prioritize and schedule accordingly while meeting established deadlines
  • Must have the ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals and groups
  • Must be able to successfully and effectively communicate with a variety of personnel
  • Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision

  • Strong computer skills with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT and Publisher) required
  • Skilled and Experienced with computer software systems.
  • Can provide technical support to co-workers and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Daily responsibilities will include handling a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks while providing clerical support to the design department and employees regarding printing-related activities, policies, processes, and procedures!
  • Handling incoming phone calls from customers to place orders and ask questions.
  • Handle issues that customers have when they receive their product or place an order
  • Assist the design team with any tasks they may have
  • Assist in the cleaning and overall cleanliness of the office
  • Communicate directly with the production employees
  • Use the internet to inquire about potential customers
  • Assist HR with clerical needs.
  • Tasks can change from day to day, depending on needs. Functions will be assigned by design and HR and can include a variety of tasks depending on office needs.
  • Work directly with employees and customers to resolve issues.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour - pay depending upon experience and skills
