Housekeeper - Part time with Benefits!

Alta Mira is currently recruiting Housekeeper to join our Facilities team at our beautiful facility in Sausalito, CA on a temporary basis with potential of a permanent position!

Compensation for this role is $19.00/hr.

The Schedule for this role is Sunday- Tuesday or Saturday- Wednesday. Weekend hours are 6am-2:30pm, weekday hours are 8am-4:30pm.

Overview

A Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness of the facility and for providing clients assistance in basic housekeeping tasks.

The Qualified Candidate

To join our team, you must demonstrate proficiency in the following:

• Vacuuming carpeted areas.
• Mopping floors and changing mop heads.
• Cleaning and organizing linens.
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms.
• Dusting
• Emptying trash.
• Professionally, ethically, and compassionately relating to clients and peers at all times.
• Age and Gender specific communications skills – You are aware of needs of different age groups and genders.
• Multi-Cultural communication skills – You are aware of needs of patients of varying cultural backgrounds.
• Other specific cleaning duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
• Must have valid California driver’s license.
• Experience working in a treatment center preferred.

Compensation range for the Housekeeper role is $19.00/hr.

The range provided is for California based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CA may differ based on the cost of living in that geographic location.
