Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Mental Health Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services with a focus on mental health to individuals of all ages.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical and mental health assessments of patients
  • Diagnose and treat mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to coordinate care
  • Promote health education and wellness strategies
  • Adhere to regulatory and documentation requirements

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • Current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care
  • Experience in providing mental health care is required
  • Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
