Job Description:

As the HVAC Service Manager at Climate King of Tennessee, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service department. This includes managing a team of technicians, scheduling service calls, ordering parts and equipment, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong background in service and maintenance. In addition, we are looking for someone who has excellent leadership skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating a team of HVAC technicians
• Overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of service calls
• Ordering parts and equipment as needed
• Ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Providing training and support to technicians as needed
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
