Finish Goods Warehouse Worker

*Candidates must reside on Kauai or be in the process of relocation at the time of application

Did you know that our Roast Plant not only roasts most of the coffee that we sell in our visitor center, but they also roast all the Kauai Coffee that is sold in the state of Hawaii-including what is sold to restaurants and hotels! in 2022 alone, over 900,000lbs of coffee were roasted in our Roast Plant!

Experience candidates will gain working in our Finish Goods Warehouse:

• Logistics Management skills-learn about inventory control, warehouse management systems, order picking, staging, shipping, safety, and sanitation
• Get certified to drive a Forklift-we will teach you and certify you all on site
• Work collaboratively with employees across several departments, including operations, Sales and Marketing, Roast Plant and Production
• Work in a climate controlled environment
• Learn about sustainability and how Kauai Coffee preserves our farmland, encourages employee empowerment and uplifts our community through Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance certifications

Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that promote cooperation and collaboration
• Leadership skills that exhibit integrity, ownership, and “can-do” attitude
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines and priorities
• Self-starter, works well and must be willing to work independently
• Thorough understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems and procedures (inventory flow from order entry to final shipment)
• PC skills required but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs. unassisted
