Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with and nurture leads from our quality lead system.
• Arrange and conduct home showings and property inspections.
• Provide advice and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the best price under optimal conditions.
• Keep and update listings of available properties.
• Develop networks and work together with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
• Stay up-to-date about real estate markets and best practices.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Quick problem-solving ability and capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
• Real estate agent’s or broker’s license/In the process of obtaining
