Agriculture Parts Specialist

This position is a 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday with an occasional Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customers with their parts needs.
• Accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures and inventory control.  
• Work with Service Manager, Advisors, and Technicians to ensure parts are in-stock or ordered in a timely manner as needed for all scheduled repairs.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally.
• Keep up-to-date on manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures.
• Knowledge and compliance with federal, state and local regulations that effect operation.
• Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
• Maintain and stabilized inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areas.
• Accurately price parts using the proper pricing source and keep computer system up to date.
• Implement and carry out safety requirements.
• Demonstrate behavior within the Company's Core Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
• Assist with general dealership operation as requested.

Quilifications

• 2+ years of related experience in an agriculture parts position preferred.
• Ability to use a computer and basic computer applications
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Detailed oriented and organized
• Must beable to lift 50 to 75 lbs
• Valid driver's license 
• Must be able to pass a drug test, background check and driving record check
