With a focus on community fundraising, you will have the chance to work on-site at events, representing our clients and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Representing our clients with professionalism and answering customer questions in person at events
Providing outstanding service by effectively responding to all questions and queries
Attending daily meetings and workshops to stay up-to-date on new services and programs
Performing other tasks as assigned by the management team

Requirements:

Authorization to work in the United States
High School Diploma or equivalent
Full-time availability to work on-site
Quick learner with effective communication skills
Experience in customer service, fundraising, hospitality, or public relations is an asset, but not required
