With a focus on community fundraising, you will have the chance to work on-site at events, representing our clients and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Representing our clients with professionalism and answering customer questions in person at events
  • Providing outstanding service by effectively responding to all questions and queries
  • Attending daily meetings and workshops to stay up-to-date on new services and programs
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the management team

Requirements:

  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Full-time availability to work on-site
  • Quick learner with effective communication skills
  • Experience in customer service, fundraising, hospitality, or public relations is an asset, but not required
