Remote Live Chat Specialist (Entry Level) at VRL Laboratories

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at VRL Diagnostics, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online live chat communication channels. Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree is a plus

- Excellent written communication skills

- Ability to type quickly and accurately

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and requests through live chat in a professional and timely manner

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers

- Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues

- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service

- Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement
