GMP Cleanroom Supervisor Description

Our client in the cleanroom cleaning, decontamination, and sterilization services industry is looking for a GMP Cleanroom Supervisor to support their growth across national locations, based in either Anaheim, CA or near Elk Grove, IL. You'll play a pivotal role in the delivery of services on-site, supervising GMP functions and performing tasks alongside the team you manage. Our client is looking for an experienced individual in GMP cleaning processes with at least four (4) years of GMP cleaning experience and supervisory experience. To be successful in this role, you must have an impeccable attention to detail, employing high standards of cleanliness and safety in critical environments. A passion for customer service and a positive attitude are a must, in addition to accountability and dependability in all that you do. GMP Cleanroom Supervisor Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform GMP cleaning tasks and ensure compliance with safety policies
• Lead a small team on-site in service delivery of GMP functions
• Provide training and manage supplies inventory
• Participate in management team meetings and collaborate with other departments
• Embrace a commitment to quality and safety, fostering respectful relationships
• Demonstrate an understanding of customer service and satisfaction

GMP Cleanroom Supervisor Qualifications

• 4+ years of GMP cleaning experience required
• 4+ years of supervisory (leading small teams) experience required
• Ability to travel up to 90%, including nights, weekend, and holiday work required
• Valid Driver’s license and personal vehicle required
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including standing, balancing and lifting
