Job Description

We are seeking a Thermo-Plastic Machine Set-Up Operator to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control. This is a 1st shift opportunity that is temporary to hire. Must have related experience as well as stable work history.

Responsibilities:

Set up machines and equipment in a timely manner according to schedule
Troubleshoot and resolve issues accurately in a timely fashion
Load and unload equipment and materials
must run the first part to check for quality and accuracy
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the machines
Log and record readings for equipment and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in machine set up
Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with other employees at all levels
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with Microsoft office
Excellent Mathematical skills
