As a Turf Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical oversight to the turf technicians. This includes performing daily grounds services for quality of work. Provide customers with the best service to deliver outstanding results.
Duties and responsibilities
· Along with the Division Manager, expand the division.
· Develop and train turf technicians.
· Ensure turf techs arrive on time and in uniform.
· Review hourly employees’ timesheets for accuracy.
· Provide technicians with their daily work schedules.
· Maintain a positive and safe environment for employees.
· Resolve any issues that may arise with employees.
· Uphold all Beary Landscape Management policies and procedures.
Qualifications
· Excellent communication skills.
· Positive and professional outlook.
· Able to safely operate machinery.
· Enjoys working outside.
· Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to problem solve issues in the field with the crew and/or equipment.
· Supervisory experience.
· Valid driver’s license
· Turf applicator license preferred.
