ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Supervise psychotherapists’ clinical care
  • Supervise psychotherapists’ productivity and schedules
  • Manage psychotherapists’ PTO use
  • Provide training of new psychotherapists’ on job responsibilities, workflow, clinical policies, clinical model, and documentation standards
  • Monitor and provide education to psychotherapists’ as needed to support understanding of clinical model, clinical policies, and documentation standards
  • Reviewing and maintaining all relevant job descriptions.
  • Reviewing and updating the quality of all psychotherapists’ job postings.
  • Interviewing and participating in hiring decisions for potential new psychotherapists.
  • Maintain all current licensure required to perform the job
  • Complete trainings recommended as per the individual development plan (IDP)
  • Attain goals as outlined in the company and individual annual objective and key results (OKR) document 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hold at least a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
  • Hold PA/VA license to practice psychotherapy, which includes maintaining all necessary continuing education requirements
  • Ability to supervise pre-licensed psychotherapists working towards licensure.
  • 5 years experience as a licensed psychotherapist

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL

  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions, early identification, and best practices.
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity to the needs of diverse populations.
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication, advocacy, and public speaking skills.
  • Knowledge of computer based data management programs, information systems, as well as medical records and point-of-interview technology
  • Schedule flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adjust to a dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements for master level clinicians.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinical and leadership teams.
  • Must value operating in a collaborative and cooperative environment.

*The target range for this position is $95,000 - $100,000. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors, including licensure, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations
