Role Impact:

As a Senior Litigation Attorney at Frontier Law Center, your primary mission will be to deliver decisive victories and superior outcomes for our clients. Through strategic litigation and a commitment to excellence, your success will directly contribute to enhancing our firm's reputation as a leader in championing employee rights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including but not limited to wage and hour claims, class and representative actions, and discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.
• Draft and review a wide range of legal documents.
• Lead settlement negotiations and mediations, aiming for the best outcomes for our clients.
• Conduct and lead depositions, prepare witnesses, and provide strategic case direction.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, procedural, and client-driven deadlines.
• Engage in meaningful client interactions, offering insights and updates throughout the case lifecycle.
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Education: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensure: Active membership in the California State Bar is required.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in employment law, either defense or plaintiff side.
• Legal Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently from inception to resolution.
• Technological Proficiency: Experience with legal technology, particularly AI tools used for case management and legal research. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies is crucial.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Leadership: Experience in leading a team, mentoring junior staff, and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. High ethical standards and professionalism. Commitment to client service and passion for advocacy.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 with an aggressive bonus structure. High performers can be expected to earn $200k+ after bonuses / incentives.
