Repair Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Repair Specialist to join our team in providing top-notch auto repair services to our loyal customers. As a Repair Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of vehicles and use your expertise and knowledge to bring them back to their pre-accident condition.

Responsibilities:

- Inspect incoming vehicles and assess damage

- Create repair estimate and communicate with customer and insurance companies

- Perform high-quality repairs including bodywork, painting, and mechanical repairs

- Repair and replace parts as needed, ensuring proper fit and function

- Conduct final inspections to ensure repairs meet our quality standards

- Keep a detailed record of all repairs and parts used

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive repairs

- Knowledge of various vehicle makes and models

- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and diagrams

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- ASE certifications preferred but not required

Salary: $38,000 to $50,000
