Job Title: Employment Specialist
Company: Express Employment Professionals
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay: $16/hour+, DOE
Express Employment Professionals is looking for an Employment Specialist to join our team.
Employment Specialists are responsible for managing the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop a recruitment strategy to meet those needs. You will also build relationships with job seekers and help them find the right job that matches their skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining job posts on various platforms such as social media, job boards, and other online resources
- Screening and interviewing potential job candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for multiple job openings
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and job seekers to ensure a positive experience and successful placements
- Providing career coaching and advice to job seekers to help them improve their skills and increase their chances of finding a job
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with computer operations, including Microsoft Office software
- A passion for helping people find meaningful employment
