Job description

We are currently hiring for an Employment Specialist to join our growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Post job orders on job sites such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter and other social media sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn

·       Recruit potential candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, LinkedIn or other social media outlets

·       Interview candidates and determine if candidates would be a good fit for current job orders

·       Fill job orders with urgency

·       Make telemarketing sales calls to potential prospects and clients on your top talents (this is a crucial part of the position and is mandated on a daily basis)

·       Solve issues with employees and clients

·       Must be able to be goal-oriented and meet or exceed weekly goal expectations

This position is a great opportunity for someone to learn about the recruiting business and grow within an organization. Full benefits which include holiday pay, PTO, health insurance and bonus structure based on performance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, overtime as needed based on job orders

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 annual salary plus unlimited monthly commission, monthly bonus, quarterly bonus and year-end bonus. A successful Recruiter has an opportunity to earn upwards of $65,000-$75,000 within the first.
