$26.00–$30.00 per hour + Commission | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Are you a people person who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and getting results?
Express Employment Professionals is looking for a driven Employment Specialist to join our Kent, WA team.

This is a fast-paced, relationship-focused position that combines recruiting, sales, customer service, and account management. You'll work directly with job seekers and local businesses to connect great candidates with the right opportunities while helping our clients solve their staffing needs.

You'll have a direct impact on placements and office performance, with the opportunity to increase your earnings through commission.

What You'll Do
•    Interview and evaluate candidates for available positions
•    Learn about candidates' skills, experience, availability, and employment goals
•    Match qualified candidates with appropriate job opportunities
•    Recruit and source candidates for current and future openings
•    Make outbound calls to candidates regarding employment opportunities
•    Present qualified candidates to clients
•    Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
•    Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the placement process
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and placed employees
•    Work with local businesses to understand their staffing needs
•    Help fill open job orders quickly and effectively
•    Make outbound calls and maintain consistent follow-up with clients and candidates
•    Develop and maintain a strong candidate network
•    Address candidate and client questions or concerns professionally
•    Follow up on placements to help ensure successful employment
•    Maintain accurate records in our staffing systems
•    Meet individual and team performance goals
•    Provide exceptional service to both candidates and clients
